Our guide and vehicle will pick you up at your hotel early and bring you to the pier to catch a luxury speedboat to the Cu Chi Tunnels.
There, you will learn more about the secret world of the Cu Chi freedom fighters, how their tunnels functioned as busy underground cities and the conditions they lived in. Enjoy light breakfast on board.
Arriving in Cu Chi, riding comfortable bikes with the guidance of a knowledgeable local, this trip will take you through peaceful villages and agricultural landscapes and introduce you to the daily lives of people in the area (the way you bike around 30 km).
Finish the bike trip. Lunch enroute at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a visit to the famous Cu Chi tunnels tops off a day of adventure and provides some historical context for the well-known attraction. You will walk past huge bomb craters to understand the heavy bombing campaigns in the region during the American War, discover hidden entrances right beneath your feet, wander past tiny chimneys in the ground that dispersed smoke from underground kitchens, sample some of the simple cuisines that local fighter survived on and have an opportunity to venture into the tunnels and explore the complex.
Head back to Saigon by car.
